What Is The Financial Bailout

What is the financial bailout going to do to the high end housing market? Have we seen the end of the larger home market? I just see so many vacant pieces of land now that were once meant to have $500,000 homes built on them. I think we are going to be seeing the smaller homes of the 1960's coming back into style.

I don't think you will see the return of 1 car garages anytime soon like back in the 1950's and 1960's, but I do think you will see much more conservative homes being built for quite sometime.

I personally never understood the appeal of some of the larger homes. I mean how much room does the average family of four really need anyway.
