The QQQQs are actually the stock symbol for the NASDAQ 100 index. This index consist of the most actively traded and largest stocks on the Nasdaq.

The QQQQs are heavily traded by investors. Many investors like trading the QQQQs because they can basically trade the entire Nasdaq with just one stock. This offers investors more stability than trading individual stocks.
