Trading stocks on news is a common practice that you will find many investors trying to do.

As you start investing in stocks you will find that most stock quote resources all have included in them recent news stories.

Stock prices can be dramatically impacted by news stories or they can be hardly affected at all; which makes the idea of simply trading based on recent news stories a difficult trading method.

Also, you may hear news and rumors floating around the internet or through emails by people with less than unbiased opinions of a stock.

So the best piece of advice I can give is never trust a news story until you find out the facts for yourself. Chasing news stories is not the best way to invest your money in the stock market.
