Open-End Fund - mutual fund that continually creates new shares on demand.

Opening Price - opening price of a security on a given trading day.

Options - the buyer has the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell an asset at a set price on or before a given date.

Order - instructions given to a broker to buy or sell securities for the terms specified.

OTC Bulletin Board - not listed or available on an officially recognized stock exchange but traded in direct negotiation between buyers and sellers.

Outstanding Shares - stock currently held by investors.

Overbought - stock prices considered unjustifiably high because of extensive buying.

Oversold – stock prices considered unjustifiably low because of heavy and extensive selling.
