Fair And Decent Credit Card Companies

Are there any credit card companies that actually have fair and decent policies to help customers that are having financial troubles, or are they all just about profits?

I would like to hear some stories where someone was actually helped by a credit card company.

Boy is that a loaded question. Credit card companies have very little sympathy for their customers.

You may be able to negotiate a lower interest rate at times with some credit card companies, but credit card companies are all about making as much money off their customers as they can.

So are there any fair and decent credit card companies? Na, not really.
