Credit Report Harassment After Bankruptcy

How do you stop credit report harassment by past creditors that were discharged through a bankruptcy?

Credit Report Harassment After Bankruptcy

If a company is harassing you about a legitimate discharged debt, find out who the CEO of that company is and send them a certified letter that requires a signature.

Let them know your situation and explain to them how their company is violating the law by harassing you over the discharged debt.

Having been through this exact experience I can tell you this is the best way to get the harassment to stop. Trying to get the credit bureaus to correct the issue is a waste of time and energy, because all they do is ask the harassing company whether the debt is legitimate or not. So go right to the source and go right to the CEO of that source.
