Consequences And Benefits Of Starting A Small Business

My husband wants to start a business, and he wants me to take a personal loan out for it from the bank; as he will not be able to take out a business loan as he is a salaried employee. He wants to start the business in my name.

Could you please explain to me in detail what all the consequences or benefits will be?

Well if he was to star his own business one of the upsides would be that he would be his own boss. He can choose his own hours and have absolute control over everything. But, he has to have a good idea of what he wants his business to be. Anyone can start a business, but if he doesn't have a good idea it will flop. And this is the bad thing about starting one.

It might take awhile for him to make any money and he might end up shutting it down because of no interest in it. He has to think about a lot of things like workers, advertisement, product etc. He has to think of all of these things to be successful.
